Welcome to the 2026 Mid-South Horn Workshop!
We are thrilled to announce that this year’s workshop will be hosted at Stephen F. Austin State University from March 12-14, 2026! Join us in the pineywoods of Nacogdoches, Texas for three days of exciting performances, masterclasses, and networking opportunities. Our host, Dr. Andrea Denis, looks forward to welcoming horn players and enthusiasts of all levels to this enriching event.

Please be ready to perform in Turner Auditorium for the 6PM concert, and be prepared to play for your masterclasses!

SFA shuttle busses will run to and from downtown Nacogdoches today every 30 minutes. All trips are free, and open to anyone looking to explore Nacogdoches during the workshop!

All judge's sheets can be recieved by competitors at the registration table in the second floor lobby of the Griffith Fine Arts Building.
